Supporting Carers Together
Across Europe, millions of people provide essential care for family members, friends, and loved ones — often without formal recognition or adequate support. The CHARITES project responds to this reality by placing carers’ well-being at the centre of adult education, social inclusion, and policy dialogue.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, Charites empowers formal, informal, and family carers with practical tools, digital learning resources, and peer-support networks that help them protect their physical, emotional, and mental health.
Running from September 2025 to September 2027, the project brings together partners from Poland, Ireland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Spain, and Austria to co-create sustainable solutions that support carers across Europe.
Charites aims to ensure that those who care for others are not left behind.
