Hosted by Ceangal Eolais Limited, the meeting focused on building strong cooperation, reviewing the overall work plan, and agreeing on timelines for each work package.
Partners discussed the project’s core objectives—supporting informal and family carers, promoting self‑care practices, and strengthening peer-support networks across Europe. Each organisation presented its role, expertise, and planned contributions, ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset. The consortium also reviewed administrative procedures, communication channels, and quality assurance measures to ensure smooth implementation.
The meeting concluded with a detailed roadmap for the upcoming months, including the start of WP2 activities, preparation for piloting, and the development of dissemination strategies. The event strengthened collaboration, set a positive tone for the partnership, and confirmed the shared commitment to improving the well-being of carers across Europe.
